KUALA LUMPUR, 19 June 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Ministry of Energy Transition and Water Transformation (PETRA) today organised a “Teh Tarik KSU” engagement session with Management and Professional Group officers at Dewan Baiduri, Menara PETRA.
The programme, organised by the Human Resource Management Division (BPSM), served as an informal platform for leadership engagement, knowledge sharing and open dialogue between senior management and officers.
According to a post on its official Facebook page, Kementerian Peralihan Tenaga dan Transformasi Air (PETRA), the session featured remarks by Chief Secretary Datuk Seri Haji Mad Zaidi Bin Mohd Karli, who highlighted the importance of work-from-home arrangements as part of a modern organisational approach based on trust, accountability and performance outcomes.
He also emphasised the need for strategic human capital development, including job rotation initiatives to strengthen talent management and organisational capability.

The programme also included the PETRA Leadership Mentoring Award Ceremony 2025, recognising mentors and mentees under the ministry’s leadership development programme, with awards presented for outstanding mentoring performance.
