PETALING JAYA, 23 May 2026 (The Capital Post) — Tropicana Corporation Berhad has launched its latest Live+ campaign, an upgraded e-lucky draw initiative offering homebuyers and investors a range of luxury rewards and exclusive property savings throughout 2026.
The campaign, which builds on the success of Tropicana’s previous buyer reward programmes, will run across three consecutive seasons ending on 30 June, 30 September and 31 December 2026. Buyers who purchase participating properties within the campaign period will receive multiple entries, increasing their chances of winning.
Among the rewards offered are an all-inclusive luxury travel experience at Tropicana Cenang in Langkawi, a one-year golf membership at Tropicana Golf & Country Resort, and a premium AI wellness massage chair. The campaign’s grand prize will see one purchaser from each selected participating project receive 50% savings on their property purchase.
Tropicana Managing Director of Marketing, Sales and Business Development, Ixora Ang, said the Live+ campaign reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to rewarding purchasers while making homeownership more accessible amid current economic challenges.
She explained that the initiative aligns with Tropicana’s OneTropicana vision of “Connecting Communities, Forging Futures” and its goal of redefining modern living through value-driven property offerings and customer-focused solutions.

According to the company, buyers will also benefit from financing packages such as Maybank MyDeco and the Easy Payment Scheme, alongside legal fee and stamp duty absorption. Purchasers may also enjoy referral rewards of up to RM80,000 as well as furnishing solutions from The Makeover Guys and Signature Kitchen for selected projects.
Projects participating in the seasonal prize category include developments such as Varia Shop Offices at Tropicana Aman, Avisa Residences at Tropicana Alam, Clarissa Serviced Suites at Tropicana Cenang, SouthPlace developments at Tropicana Metropark, and several residential and commercial projects located in Genting Highlands and Johor Bahru.
Meanwhile, the grand prize category includes selected developments such as Avisa Residences, Clarissa Serviced Suites, SouthPlace 2 Residences, Breeze Hill Service Apartments, and Fraser Heights Terrace Homes.
