BACHOK, Kelantan, 10 August 2026 (The Capital Post) – Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) Secretary-General YBhg. Datuk Seri Hj. Hasnol Zam Zam bin Hj. Ahmad officiated the 2025 Kelantan State Health Department Excellent Service Awards ceremony at Universiti Malaysia Kelantan in Bachok today.
The ceremony recognised six recipients of the Excellent Service Certificate (SPC) and 1,406 recipients of the Excellent Service Award (APC), comprising staff from the Kelantan State Health Department (JKN Kelantan).
Datuk Seri Hasnol Zam Zam congratulated and expressed his appreciation to all recipients for their dedication, professionalism and integrity in carrying out their responsibilities and delivering quality services to the public.
He said the recognition should serve as a motivation for recipients to maintain their excellent performance, strengthen a high-performance work culture and uphold integrity and accountability in carrying out their duties.

He also called on JKN Kelantan staff to continue contributing towards improving the quality of healthcare delivery for the well-being of the people and the continued excellence of MOH.
Also present were Deputy Director-General of Health (Medical), YBhg. Dato’ Dr. Mohd Azman bin Yacob; Kelantan State Health Director, YBrs. Dr. Kasuadi bin Hussin, as well as the senior management of JKN Kelantan.
According to a post on the official Facebook page of Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia, the ceremony reflects the ministry’s appreciation for the dedication and excellence demonstrated by healthcare personnel in serving the people. – The Capital Post
