PETALING JAYA: A total of 162 areas – 13% of the total 1,292 affected areas – have seen their water supply fully restored as of 9am today (Oct 20), says Air Selangor.
Another 1,130 affected areas are in the process of having its supply restored, it said in a statement.
Air Selangor stated that at 9.30am, 121 water tankers were mobilised to critically affected areas like hospitals and dialysis centres.
An additional 34 static water tanks, 17 local service centres (Pusat Khidmat Setempat) and 21 public pipes were also made available for those affected by the water cut.
