Johor Bahru, 24 June 2026 (The Capital Post) – A school infrastructure upgrade project has been initiated at SK Parit Nawi, aimed at improving learning conditions and ensuring a safer and more comfortable environment for students and school staff.
According to a post on the official Facebook page of Fadhlina Sidek, a Letter of Acceptance (SST) for the reconstruction of dilapidated school facilities was handed over at the school yesterday afternoon.
The project includes the rebuilding of the canteen, which had previously been certified as unsafe, as well as the construction of a covered walkway and a new school perimeter fence.
The Education Minister stressed the importance of close monitoring throughout the implementation phase to ensure the project progresses smoothly and is completed on schedule. She expressed confidence that the upgraded facilities will be fully completed by mid next year, allowing the school community to benefit from improved infrastructure.
