JAPEN, HKL Strengthen Partnership on Public Health Communication

KUALA LUMPUR, 22 July 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Department of Information Malaysia (JAPEN) and Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL) have reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening collaboration to enhance the delivery of accurate and accessible public health information.

The collaboration was discussed during a meeting between JAPEN Director-General Erwin Khairul Ahmad and Hospital Kuala Lumpur Director Datuk Dr Harikrishna K.R. Nair.

Among the key matters discussed were joint initiatives in conjunction with the National Month 2026 celebrations, as part of efforts to improve public awareness through trusted health communication.

Also present were JAPEN Deputy Director-General (Digital Content) Wan Saidatul Shafina Mohd Amin, Human Resource Management Division Director Nurul Azni Yahaya and Deputy Director of the Media and Corporate Communications Division Abdul Haidir Mohd Sukor.
