SENAWANG, 29 July 2026 (The Capital Post) – Human Resources Minister YB Dato’ Sri Ramanan Ramakrishnan conducted an official visit to SJK(T) Ladang Senawang and SJK(T) Ladang Seremban to review the implementation of MITRA initiatives aimed at empowering education opportunities for the Indian community.
The two schools received a total allocation of RM345,900 through the Perabot MADANI Programme, Kalvi MADANI Initiative and Smart Board Initiative for Tamil National Schools (SJKT).
A total of 120 students received educational assistance under Kalvi MADANI, while both schools were provided with various facilities including tables and chairs, whiteboards, cabinets, canteen equipment and computer room resources.

In addition, each school received a Smart Board worth RM12,500, bringing the total allocation for the digital learning facilities to RM25,000. The technology is expected to support teachers in delivering lessons in a more interactive, engaging and effective manner.
According to a post on the official Facebook page of Kementerian Sumber Manusia, the initiative reflects the government’s commitment through MITRA to create a more conducive learning environment and provide better educational opportunities for students. – The Capital Post
