KOTA KINABALU, 5 August 2026 (The Capital Post) – Defence Ministry Secretary-General Datuk Lokman Hakim Ali hosted the Official Dinner in conjunction with the 63rd Five Power Defence Arrangements (FPDA) Consultative Council (FCC) Meeting, bringing together delegations from FPDA member countries.
The dinner provided an opportunity for delegates to strengthen ties ahead of the council’s official discussions in a setting that promoted engagement and mutual understanding.
