MELAKA, 16 August 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Ministry of Human Resources (KESUMA), through the Social Security Organisation (PERKESO), is strengthening career development support for youths through the MYFutureJobs LINDUNG Kerjaya Carnival at Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM), Ayer Keroh.
The carnival also saw the launch of MYFutureJobs Ambassador among higher education students and the introduction of Oyen MYFutureJobs as the official mascot to bring MYFutureJobs services and career opportunities closer to young Malaysians.
The initiatives were launched by Human Resources Minister YB Dato’ Sri Ramanan Ramakrishnan in conjunction with the carnival, which provides access to employment opportunities, skills development and career guidance.
Through the career carnival, participants can access direct job matching, open interviews, resume reviews, career advisory services, as well as MYFutureJobs registration and profiling based on their skills, qualifications and career aspirations.
The programme also featured Bicara Aspirasi Belia: Menjulang Masa Depan Kerjaya, which provided youths and graduates with an opportunity to engage directly with the Human Resources Minister on employability, future skills, quality employment and challenges in the world of work.

Meanwhile, the MYFutureJobs Rovers provided interactive demonstrations of the platform, jobseeker registration, profile reviews and job matching to make MYFutureJobs services more accessible to young people.
The initiative reflects the MADANI Government’s commitment to building a dynamic, inclusive and resilient labour market by ensuring Malaysians have not only access to employment, but also career development support, skills enhancement and opportunities for quality jobs.
According to a post on the official Facebook page of Kementerian Sumber Manusia, the initiative aims to bring employment and career development opportunities closer to youths while strengthening access to MYFutureJobs services. – The Capital Post
