PUTRAJAYA, 15 September 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Home Ministry (KDN) has launched two new RELA initiatives covering security operations and anti-corruption strategies as part of efforts to strengthen integrity and service delivery within the ministry and its agencies.
Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail launched the RELA Security Control and Operations Manual (MKKOR) and RELA Anti-Corruption Strategies (RACS) 2026–2030 during KDN’s September monthly assembly in Putrajaya on Monday (14 September).
Inspector-General of Police IG Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Hj. Mohd Khalid Hj. Ismail and the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) leadership were among those attending the assembly at the Setia Perkasa Complex.
Organised by the Malaysia Volunteers Corps Department (RELA), the assembly also saw 24 officers from KDN and its agencies receive ICDL AI Essentials certificates.
In his address, Saifuddin called on KDN personnel and agencies under the ministry to continue strengthening unity and carry out their responsibilities with integrity in the interests of the people and the country.

Following the assembly, Saifuddin attended the launch of KDN’s AI Digital Human at the lobby of Setia Perkasa 1.
Also present were KDN Secretary-General Datuk Dr. Awang Alik Jeman, deputy secretaries-general and directors-general of departments and agencies under the ministry.
According to information shared on Facebook, the September monthly assembly brought together KDN and agency leaders while marking the launch of RELA’s new security operations manual and its 2026–2030 anti-corruption strategies. – The Capital Post
