PUTRAJAYA, 29 September 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Home Ministry (KDN) has strengthened coordination on human resource management across its departments and agencies through the first Human Resource Managers Conference (HRMC) for 2026.
The conference, held at the Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC) on 28 September, was chaired by KDN Deputy Secretary-General (Management) Ainah binti Mohd Soon.
It was jointly organised by KDN’s Human Resource Management Division and the Independent Police Conduct Commission (IPCC).
HRMC serves as a strategic platform for human resource managers from the ministry, departments and agencies under KDN to discuss current issues, coordinate action and strengthen human resource management in a more integrated and holistic manner.
The conference featured sessions on the Human Resource Psychology Services Strategic Plan 2026–2030 by the Public Service Department and integrity-based governance by the Malaysian Institute of Integrity.

Discussions also covered talent and competency development, staffing, training, job rotation, employee wellbeing and performance management.
The IPCC also shared best practices under its Curbing Misconduct Culture (CMC) initiative, which is aimed at strengthening integrity and addressing misconduct within the Royal Malaysia Police.
