KUALA LUMPUR, 22 October 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) held an interactive session with its cadre and seconded officers on Wednesday (21 October) to strengthen communication, address service-related matters and support personnel serving in government ministries and agencies.

The session, held at the Theatrette Hall in Bukit Aman, was attended by Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Mohd Khalid Ismail and Deputy Inspector-General of Police Dato’ Sri Abdul Aziz Abdul Majid.

Representatives from the Eastern Sabah Security Command (ESSCOM) and the Office of the Yang di-Pertua Negeri of Sarawak also participated virtually.

The engagement provided officers with an opportunity to share experiences, raise concerns and discuss ways to improve the effectiveness of their duties in external agencies.

In his address, Mohd Khalid reminded officers serving outside PDRM to act as ambassadors of the police force while adapting to the working cultures and requirements of their respective organisations.
