CYBERJAYA, 4 November 2026 (The Capital Post) – Deputy Inspector-General of Police DIG Dato’ Sri Abdul Aziz Abdul Majid attended the opening ceremony of HASiL Innovation and Integrity Day 2026 at Dewan Bangsawan, Inland Revenue Board (HASiL) Tower, Cyberjaya, on Tuesday.
The ceremony was officiated by Finance Minister II Senator Datuk Seri Amir Hamzah Azizan, representing Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
Themed “Innovation and Integrity, the Foundation of More Transparent and Effective Tax Services”, the event highlighted HASiL’s efforts to strengthen organisational integrity, encourage innovation and improve the efficiency of tax administration.
The programme featured an interactive digital launch and the presentation of the CEO Innovation Awards 2026 and Integrity Awards, recognising contributions to creative solutions, smart taxation innovations and ethical practices within the organisation.

The ceremony also included the presentation of Tax Corporate Governance participation certificates, highlighting efforts to promote stronger governance and compliance in tax administration.
The event served as a platform to recognise HASiL personnel for their contributions while reinforcing the importance of innovation, accountability and integrity in public service delivery.
