KELANTAN, 13 July 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Kelantan State Health Department held a Special Address, Handover of Duties Notes, Clock-Out and Sending Off Ceremony to honour YBhg. Dato’ Dr Azman bin Yacob following his appointment as Deputy Director-General of Health (Medical), Ministry of Health Malaysia.
The ceremony also witnessed the symbolic handover of duties notes, representing the transition of leadership responsibilities to ensure the continuity of governance and service delivery by the Kelantan State Health Department.
The event continued with the Clock-Out and Sending Off Ceremony as a gesture of appreciation and respect for Dato’ Dr Azman’s contributions, leadership and service throughout his tenure leading the department.

The entire Kelantan State Health Department community expressed their highest appreciation to Dato’ Dr Azman and congratulated him on his appointment as Deputy Director-General of Health (Medical), Ministry of Health Malaysia.
