Government Chief Security Officer pays courtesy call on KDN secretary-general

PUTRAJAYA, 22 August 2026 (The Capital Post) – Government Chief Security Officer (CGSO) YBrs. Tuan Ahmad Rajiun bin Abu Bakar paid a courtesy call on Home Ministry (KDN) Secretary-General YBhg. Datuk Dr. Awang Alik bin Jeman at the Secretary-General’s Office, Setia Perkasa 1, here.

Ahmad Rajiun was appointed as the 18th Government Chief Security Officer, effective 17 August 2026.

The courtesy call aimed to strengthen strategic ties between KDN and CGSO in efforts to enhance national protective security.

The discussions also focused on potential cooperation between KDN and CGSO in training and skills development.
