KUALA LUMPUR, 22 July 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Royal Malaysia Police’s Integrity and Standards Compliance Department (JIPS) hosted a working visit from the Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN) to present its Uniformed Position Weighting Model as part of efforts to strengthen human resource management and organisational governance.
The delegation from KDN comprised Principal Assistant Secretary of the Human Resources Division Miriza Ma’arof and Assistant Secretary of Human Resource Management Muhamad Ammar Mohamad Rasidi.
Held at the JIPS office in Bukit Aman, the visit was led by JIPS Deputy Director (Integrity) DCP Thaipul Bahri Mokhta and attended by Assistant Director of Audit Establishment ACP Suhana Adenan and other senior JIPS officers.
The KDN delegation was briefed on JIPS’ roles and responsibilities in enhancing integrity, standards compliance and governance within the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM), followed by a presentation on the department’s Uniformed Position Weighting Model.

The presentation highlighted the need to align uniformed positions with operational responsibilities, job complexity, functional challenges and current human resource requirements to support a more effective and dynamic organisational structure.
