SEGAMAT, 5 October 2026 (The Capital Post) – A total of 400 students from 17 public higher education institutions across Johor took part in the state-level Jelajah Belia Rukun Negara (JBRN) 2026 programme aimed at strengthening unity and understanding of the Rukun Negara among young Malaysians.
Deputy National Unity Minister Yuneswaran Ramaraj officiated the closing ceremony in Segamat on 4 October.
The programme brought together students from diverse backgrounds and provided an interactive platform for participants to understand, appreciate and practise the principles of the Rukun Negara.
Activities focused on promoting mutual respect, togetherness and a stronger sense of responsibility among young people as members of a diverse society.

The Ministry of National Unity said the programme also seeks to encourage youths to build stronger national identity, leadership qualities and awareness of their role in strengthening social harmony.
