PUTRAJAYA, 20 June 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Ministry of Human Resources (KESUMA), through its Integrity Unit, organised the second series of its Programme for the Cultivation of Islamic Values (PNI), focusing on the role of family institutions in shaping integrity and workplace excellence.
According to a post on the official Facebook page of Kementerian Sumber Manusia, the programme, titled “Institusi Keluarga Bahagia ke Arah Kecemerlangan Prestasi Kerja”, was held at the Main Hall of Menara PERKESO in Putrajaya.
The session was delivered by motivational speaker and consultant Tuan Haji Hushim Haji Salleh, who emphasised the importance of strong family institutions in developing character, reinforcing integrity and enhancing job performance.
A total of 338 KESUMA personnel participated in the programme through both physical attendance and online platforms, reflecting the ministry’s commitment to strengthening positive values and promoting individual and organisational wellbeing.

During the session, Hushim highlighted that family harmony plays a vital role in fostering positive emotions, improving focus and strengthening integrity in the workplace, ultimately contributing to a more productive and high-performing work culture.
The programme also featured an interactive quiz session aimed at assessing participants’ understanding of the topics discussed while encouraging greater appreciation of the values shared.
KESUMA said the initiative aligns with the aspirations of Malaysia MADANI, which upholds the principles of Compassion, Respect and Wellbeing in nurturing an ethical, competitive and values-driven workforce committed to delivering quality public services. – The Capital Post
