KULAI 21 April 2026 (The Capital Post) – A new primary school is set to open in Kulai this year, further expanding access to education in the fast-growing Johor district.
According to the Education Ministry, the new school is part of ongoing efforts to meet rising demand for student placements in Kulai, which has seen rapid population growth and increasing residential development in recent years.
The opening is expected to help ease overcrowding in existing schools and provide better learning conditions for pupils in surrounding areas.
Kulai already has a number of established primary and secondary schools serving the community, including several that cater to densely populated housing zones such as Taman Indahpura and Bandar Putra.
