KUCHING, 18 September 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives Ministry (KUSKOP) is supporting the expansion of Sarawak’s small and medium enterprises through financing aimed at strengthening business capacity and competitiveness.
Minister YB Encik Steven Sim Chee Keong visited Ben Lee Automotive Sdn. Bhd. as part of his working visit to Sarawak.
During the visit, Steven Sim presented a mock financing cheque to the company under SME Corp. Malaysia’s Skim Pemangkin.
The financing is expected to help Ben Lee Automotive strengthen its business capacity, enhance operational capabilities and further expand its activities in the automotive sector.

KUSKOP said it remains committed to empowering micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) by improving access to financing, business support and growth opportunities.
