PUTRAJAYA, 11 July 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability (NRES) continues to strengthen Malaysia’s green technology and climate action agenda through a working visit to the Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation (MGTC).
NRES Secretary-General Datuk Wira Anis Rizana Mohd. Zainudin, accompanied by Deputy Secretary-General (Environmental Sustainability) Datuk Nor Yahati Awang, conducted the official visit to engage with MGTC’s management on the progress of key strategic initiatives.
During the visit, both parties held a meeting to discuss the direction and implementation of strategic programmes aimed at enhancing coordination in advancing the nation’s green technology and climate action agenda.

The working visit also served as a platform to assess the implementation of ongoing programmes while identifying ways to improve service delivery in support of Malaysia’s low-carbon development aspirations.
