Kuala Lumpur , 31 Dec 2019 ( The Capital Post) – An online petition by the Asraf Luqman is making gaining support from netizens and has gathered more than 140,000 signatures with 100,000 of them were registered 48 hours ago.
Launched 5 months ago, the petition called for the abolishment of vernacular school with suggestion that national school system should be implemented to integrate unity .
“Let us urge the Malaysian government to abolish SJKC and SJKT by implementing a national education stream for 7-12 year olds for all Malaysians to bring about the unity of the nation through the education.”, the petition initiator wrote.
