KANGAR, 16 July 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Ministry of Health (MOH) Secretary-General, Datuk Seri Hj. Hasnol Zam Zam Hj. Ahmad, officiated the 2025 Excellent Service Award (APC) Ceremony for the Perlis State Health Department (JKN Perlis) at the Auditorium of the Perlis State Home Ministry Complex.
A total of 336 JKN Perlis personnel from various sectors were recognised during the ceremony. The award represents the highest form of recognition for their commitment, integrity and dedication in delivering quality healthcare services to the public.
In his remarks, Datuk Seri Hasnol Zam Zam congratulated all recipients and expressed hope that the recognition would inspire MOH personnel to continue pursuing excellence, embracing innovation and addressing future challenges in support of the nation’s healthcare service reform.

Also present were Perlis State Health Director Dr. Ghazali Chik; Deputy State Health Director (Management) Wan Ahmad Fazli Wan Kamis; Deputy State Health Director (Public Health) Dr. Sunita Abdul Rahman; Hospital Tuanku Fauziah Director Dr. Hj. Amin Sah Ahmad; and District Health Officer Dr. Khairolnisak Harun.
