Rabbit Rewards Boosts Customer Engagement Through CleverTap AI Partnership

MUMBAI, 12 May 2026 (The Capital Post)CleverTap has secured a Silver award at the Thailand MarTech Awards 2026 under the Impact MarTech category through its partnership with Rabbit Rewards, Thailand’s leading loyalty and lifestyle platform linked to Bangkok’s BTS Skytrain network.

 

The recognition highlights the collaboration between both companies in transforming customer engagement through a real-time, agentic engagement model powered by autonomous decision-making technology.

Rabbit Rewards operates within Bangkok’s fast-paced commuter ecosystem, where user behaviours frequently shift depending on timing, routine and location. Traditional campaign-based marketing methods were reportedly unable to respond effectively to these changing patterns, often leading to delayed or less relevant customer interactions.

To improve engagement, Rabbit Rewards partnered with CleverTap to introduce a real-time decisioning system capable of analysing live user behaviour and automatically determining the next best action for individual users.

Powered by CleverAI™ and supported by tools such as IntelliNODE and Best Time Optimization, the platform deployed omnichannel engagement strategies across push notifications, in-app messaging, email and SMS. These campaigns covered onboarding, membership renewals, promotional activities and customer re-engagement efforts.

According to CleverTap, the new engagement model delivered significant improvements, including an 85 per cent increase in click-through rates (CTR), while week-four repeat transactions among engaged users rose to 62.6 per cent compared to 18.7 per cent among non-engaged users.

The company also stated that 2.4 per cent of total transactions were directly influenced by CleverTap-powered engagement initiatives.

Kamolwan Korphaisarn, Program Director of Rabbit Rewards, said the collaboration enabled the platform to move beyond traditional campaign execution and provide more personalised, timely and relevant experiences for users throughout their daily commuting journeys.
