SHAH ALAM, 24 September 2026 (The Capital Post) – Seri Puteri Symphonic Winds Orchestra showcased Malaysian musical talent alongside internationally renowned euphonium player Prof. Steven Mead at the Seri Puteri Winds Live with Steven Mead concert.
The concert was held on 19 September at Dewan Konsert Seri Budiman, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Shah Alam.
Deputy Secretary-General of the Ministry of Communications (Strategic Communications and Creative Industry) Datuk Bahria Mohd Tamil attended the performance, which brought together local and international musical talent.
Seri Puteri Symphonic Winds Orchestra has also gained international recognition after receiving “Gold with Distinction” at the World Music Contest in the Netherlands.

During the concert, the orchestra shared the stage with Prof. Steven Mead of the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester, United Kingdom.
Also present was Content Development Division Secretary YM Dr. Tunku Latifah Tunku Ahmad.
