PUTRAJAYA, 13 August 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Department of Skills Development (JPK) presented the Advanced Malaysian Skills Diploma (DLKM) in Corporate Leadership to Secretary-General of the Ministry of Health Malaysia (KKM), YBhg. Datuk Seri Hj. Hasnol Zam Zam bin Hj. Ahmad.
The presentation took place at the Office of the Secretary-General of KKM and was attended by JPK Director-General, YBrs. Ir. Ts. Dr. Kamaruzaman bin Haji Md. Ali, on 12 August 2026.
The initiative is part of the TVET Champion – DLKM Corporate Leadership Programme, which highlights leaders with experience, competencies and achievements in the skills and industry sectors.
The achievement of YBhg. Datuk Seri KSU demonstrates that Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) can develop not only technical competencies but also provide a foundation for career progression towards strategic leadership and organisational management.

The programme also serves as a platform for JPK to highlight TVET figures as role models and sources of inspiration, particularly for younger generations, by demonstrating that skills-based pathways offer broad career prospects and can produce competent leaders across various sectors.
According to a post on the official Facebook page of KEMENTERIAN KESIHATAN MALAYSIA, the initiative reinforces the role of TVET in developing competencies not only for employment but also for leadership. – The Capital Post
