JOHOR BAHRU, 26 June 2026 (The Capital Post) – Deputy Education Minister Wong Kah Woh met with teachers, parents and students of SMK Yong Peng during the Sekolah Angkat MADANI 2026 programme aimed at strengthening collaboration to enhance the nation’s education ecosystem.
According to a post on the official Facebook page of Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia, the programme was held in collaboration with the Ministry of Transport, with SMK Yong Peng also receiving contributions from the ministry’s strategic partner, Berjaya Corporation.
Held at the school’s hall, the event brought together teachers, Parent-Teacher Association (PIBG) members and students, particularly those in Form Six, providing an opportunity for Wong to hear their aspirations and views on improving the quality of education.

The Sekolah Angkat MADANI programme reflects the government’s continued commitment, together with the community and private sector, to expand access to quality education by creating a more conducive, inclusive and competitive learning environment.
