KDN, KESUMA Strengthen Coordination on Foreign Worker Management

PUTRAJAYA, 18 June 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN) has held discussions with the Ministry of Human Resources (KESUMA) to strengthen cooperation on the management of foreign workers in Malaysia.

According to a Facebook post by Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN), the meeting focused on enhancing coordination between ministries and relevant agencies to ensure foreign worker management is implemented in a more orderly, effective and industry-aligned manner while safeguarding national interests.

Both ministries also discussed efforts to streamline governance and improve operational efficiency in managing foreign labour needs across key economic sectors.
