KESUMA Reviews New Foreign Worker Management Centre Readiness

CYBERJAYA, 30 July 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Ministry of Human Resources (KESUMA) conducted a site visit to the new One Stop Centre (OSC) for Foreign Worker Management in Cyberjaya as part of preparations for the official operation of the facility.

The visit was led by Deputy Secretary-General (Policy and International) of KESUMA, YBrs. Dr. Haji Mohd Shaharin bin Umar, accompanied by Deputy Secretary-General (Operations) YBrs. Encik Sutekno bin Ahmad Belon and ministry officials.

The visit aimed to assess the readiness of infrastructure, operational arrangements and service facilities at the new OSC before it begins full operations. A technical briefing was also held to provide an overview of the facility’s operational aspects and implementation coordination.

The new OSC is expected to enhance the efficiency, coordination and delivery of foreign worker management services through a more modern, systematic and integrated facility in line with the country’s labour market needs.

According to a post on the official Facebook page of Kementerian Sumber Manusia, the initiative reflects KESUMA’s commitment to improving service delivery and strengthening the management of foreign workers in Malaysia. – The Capital Post
