KESUMA Strengthens Leadership Engagement with PTD Officers

PUTRAJAYA, 29 July 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Ministry of Human Resources (KESUMA) held an engagement session between its Secretary-General and Contract (Interim) Administrative and Diplomatic Officers (PTD) Grade M9 for 2026 as part of efforts to strengthen leadership relations, align organisational direction and enhance the role of officers in public service delivery.

The session was led by YBhg. Datuk Haji Azman bin Mohd Yusof, Secretary-General of KESUMA, who emphasised the ministry’s commitment to developing high-performing leaders while strengthening a professional, integrity-driven and performance-oriented work culture.

The engagement also provided a platform for sharing aspirations, coordinating ministry priorities and fostering teamwork to ensure more efficient, responsive and effective public service delivery for the people.
