PUTRAJAYA, 11 August 2026 (The Capital Post) – Secretary-General of the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE), YBhg. Datuk Ts. Dr. Hj. Aminuddin Hassim, has called on all ministry personnel to work together in building MOHE into an ‘A-Team’ capable of delivering exceptional performance.

He said the aspiration must be reflected through a work culture that emphasises efficiency, teamwork and commitment in carrying out responsibilities.

He also highlighted the role of the support staff, describing them as the backbone of MOHE’s daily operations.

According to him, the strength of an organisation does not depend solely on its top leadership, but requires the involvement of personnel at every level to ensure tasks are carried out effectively.

The approach was reflected through a question-and-answer session with MOHE support staff, providing them with an opportunity to raise views, questions and matters concerning their working environment directly with the Secretary-General.

The session was part of the Nasi Lemak Kopi O Bersama KSU KPT 2026 programme held at Dewan Za’ba, MOHE, yesterday afternoon.

Organised by the Human Resource Management Division (BPSM), the programme served as an informal platform for the Secretary-General to engage with support staff while listening to their views and concerns.

According to a post on the official Facebook page of Kementerian Pendidikan Tinggi, the programme provided an opportunity for MOHE support staff to engage directly with the Secretary-General and contribute their views on the ministry’s operations and workplace. – The Capital Post
