BAYAN LEPAS, PULAU PINANG, Monday 15 June 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Ministry of Entrepreneur and Cooperatives Development (Ministry of Entrepreneur and Cooperatives Development Malaysia) continues its commitment to supporting Malaysians in managing the rising cost of living through the Program Jualan MADANI KUSKOP (JMK) 2026, held at Masjid Ridwaniah Sungai Batu in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
The programme was officiated by Steven Sim Chee Keong together with Azrul Mahathir Aziz, who also serves as Deputy Speaker of the Penang State Legislative Assembly.
According to information shared via the official Facebook page of Kementerian Pembangunan Usahawan dan Koperasi, the JMK initiative is part of the MADANI Government’s ongoing efforts to ease the burden of living costs, strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem, and bring government services closer to local communities.
The programme, a strategic collaboration between KUSKOP and the Bayan Lepas ADUN Service Centre, is expected to benefit around 2,000 residents. It offers essential goods at prices up to 30 per cent lower than market rates, alongside access to entrepreneurial financing facilities and various government services delivered in an integrated one-stop approach.
