PUTRAJAYA, 23 August 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Ministry of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives (KUSKOP) held a strategic communications meeting with its agencies to strengthen coordination and ensure government policies and initiatives in the entrepreneurship and cooperative sectors are communicated effectively.
The meeting was chaired by KUSKOP Secretary-General YBhg. Dato’ Sri Khairul Dzaimee bin Daud and attended by senior management and strategic communications officers from the ministry and its agencies.
The meeting served as a platform to strengthen overall communications coordination, guide media direction and strategies, and ensure messages and policies related to the entrepreneurship and cooperative sectors are delivered more quickly, accurately and effectively.
Khairul Dzaimee said KUSKOP and agency corporate communications officers were at the forefront of government communications and possessed the capabilities, experience and commitment to communicate government policies and initiatives accurately, promptly and effectively.

He also described the officers as an important line of defence in strengthening public confidence, trust and understanding of the government.
KUSKOP said stronger communications synergy would help enhance the delivery of information to the public, strengthen confidence in government efforts and broaden the narrative and aspirations of “Hebatkan Perniagaan Malaysia” consistently and comprehensively.
