PUTRAJAYA, July 24, 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Ministry of Finance (MoF) has recognised the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI) and the Skills Development Fund Corporation (PTPK) for their outstanding achievements under the Cashless Boleh 5.0 Campaign, in support of the government’s digitalisation agenda.
Through its Strategic and Corporate Financial Control Division (BKSK), MoF paid courtesy visits to MITI Secretary-General Datuk Hairil Yahri Yaacob and PTPK Chief Executive Mohd Fathullah Mustafa to present awards in recognition of their organisations’ success in the campaign.
Implemented in collaboration with Payments Network Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (PayNet), the campaign aims to strengthen and expand the adoption of cashless payment systems across the public sector while supporting the digital transformation of government services.
MITI received the Excellence Award, while PTPK was recognised under the Federal Government (50K–100K Transactions) category. Both organisations recorded cashless transaction rates exceeding 99 per cent, reflecting their strong commitment to advancing digital public service delivery.

MoF said the achievement demonstrates the efficiency of the government’s service delivery system, which continues to become faster, safer and more transparent through the adoption of digital payment technologies.
The awards were presented by a MoF delegation led by Siti Khatijah Hamzah, Head of the E-Payment and ICT Special Projects Section under BKSK.
