Tenghilan Health Clinic continues to serve as an important primary healthcare facility offering outpatient treatment, maternal and child healthcare, immunisation services, child growth monitoring, treatment for non-communicable diseases such as diabetes and hypertension, elderly healthcare services, health screenings and education programmes, as well as emergency and basic treatment services.
